由Dr. William A. Dando及呂榮輝博士共同編輯的「美國地理學會、聖經地理專業小組」論文專輯，第三輯：Geography of Holy Land: Jerusalem, Regional Cities, Small Towns, and Rural Places 《瞭解聖城與聖地》，已於2019年10月印製完成。這是繼「聖經地理專業小組」，於2005年出版第一輯Geography of the Holy Land: Perspectives《透視聖地地理》、及2013年出版第二輯Geography of the Holy Land: New Insights《洞悉聖地地理》後，又一嘔心瀝血撰作的論文集。
這第三本專輯與前兩輯不同之處在於：第一輯的內容，是精心挑選2005年之前，「聖經地理專業小組」成員，在「美國地理學會」發表的45篇論文；由於各學者專研之地理領域不同，因此所著重之主題，各有所長。第二輯的內容，則是彙集小組成員22篇深入研討的專業論文，期盼為讀者提供「聖經地理專業小組」從當代的研究思路中，尋求深入了解聖經信息。而這第三本專輯，則由19篇長論文所組成，主要著重於聖地定居地點和地理之間的關聯，進而探索在羅馬時期，主耶穌基督在猶大地區各城鎮及鄉郊以及聖城耶路撒冷的事工；對於任何一位基督徒而言，都將使你在閱讀《聖經》時的眼界，更加深闊。無論讀者手中是否已擁有第一、二本專輯，這本論文專輯都是一本不容錯過的好書。
